Vaiseshika Electron Devices, Ambala Cantt. has been awarded the ISO / IEC 17025:2005 Accreditation for Electro Technical Calibratrions by the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratiroes ( NABL), Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, New Delhi.
World Class Calibration Standards
Concurrently we have installed world class reference standards
at our manufacturing facility to
support the quality standards of Calibration Standards manufactured by Vaiseshika Electron
Devices. We proceed a step further. Keeping in view the urgent requirements of ISO 9000 certified
companies throughout India; we have decided to extend our calibration facilities (having traceability
to national/ international standards) to industrial users round-the-clock. This means : Our customers
can bring their healthy instrument to us at any time (with pre-appointment) and can take back their
calibrated instrument, within 48 hours along with calibration report.
Vaiseshika Calibration : Confidence in No Uncertain Terms
Quality begins with confidence. Confidence
in the tools you use, the measurements you take, the products
you make. At Vaiseshika , we are fully aware as to how much
critical your temperature gauges, your thermocouples, your
RTDs, your PT-100 sensors, your temperature controllers, your
kelvin bridges, your standard cells , your pH meters, your
resistance bridges and boxes, your thermohygrometers, your
voltage calibrators, your proving rings and your tensile
testing machines are to you. Your manufacturing process and
product quality directly depend upon your calibrated
instruments.
Your measuring instruments must have valid calibration certificates. As a reputed manufacturer of test and measuring instruments and calibration standards; we have adhered to and maintained most rigorous standards. That's why Vaiseshika has always led the way in advancing calibration technology.
Because We Have proven Credentials
In the last 30
years, we have earned an enviable reputation throughout India
to manufacture, supply and support the calibration activity.
More than twelve Electronic Test and Development Centres and
Electronics Regional Test Laboratories in India; all the
factories of the Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, the Defence
Research Laboratories under the control of Defence Research
and Development Organisation and the most prestigious private
and public sector undertakings in India have installed our
calibration standards and are using them as Master
Calibration Standards .
Vaiseshika Electron Devices, Ambala Cantt. has received accreditation for its newly built Metrology Laboratory from the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL), Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, New Delhi. The NABL accreditation for Vaiseshika Metrology Laboratory means that the measurement capabilities and calibration standards at Vaiseshika are compliant to ISO/IEC 17025:2005 standards.
Dr. Pawan Kapur, Director, Central Scientific Instruments Organization (CSIO), Chandigarh inaugurated the NABL accredited New Metrology Laboratory of Vaiseshika Electron Devices, Ambala Cantt. on 25 March 2006.
Dr. Kapur took keen interest in various instruments and calibration standards produced at Vaiseshika Manufacturing facility. He was impressed with the sophisticated and precision calibration standards like Tinsley Stabaumatic Potentiometer (Accuracy 0.003%); set of Tinsley Standard Resistors (Accuracy 0.001%), Made in England; Morehouse Universal Calibrating Machine and Proving Rings (Accuracy 0.0125%), Made in United States; 8 1/2 Digits AGILENT Digital Multimeter (Accuracy 0.001%), Made in United States and APLAB High Voltage Regulated Power Supply of 5000 VDC capacity.
A PANORAMIC VIEW OF
VAISESHIKA CALIBRATION LABORATORY
With Vaiseshika NABL accreditation, Vaiseshika establishes Quality Benchmark in India as the only Indian manufacturer to produce and standardizse DC Resistance and Voltage Calibration Standards in an NABL accredited Metrology Laboratory. we produce resistance calibration standards from 0.0001 Ohm to 100 Kilo Ohm ( Accuracy 0.01%) and from 0.1 Megohm to 1000 Giga Ohm (Accuracy +/- 2%).
