"Vaiseshika" Fibre Optic Micro Probe Illumination System

Description
This system is excellent for industrial illumination requirements of intricately assembled parts such as carburetor, electronic parts with smaller, recessed, deep orifices and cylindrical parts for visual or magnified inspection. The system is versatile to carry the light to inaccessible places in castings and mouldings for the purposes of defect examination. The system consists of a set of six pipettes having outside diameters varying from 0.043 to 0.148 inch (1.1 to 3.7 mm) 45º distal bend and another with a 90º bend having a bundle diameter of 0.109 inch (2.8mm). The set is also used to highlight areas for photographic or imaging purposes.

A set of six uniquely designed rigid probes with outside diameters ranging from 0.043 to 0.148 inches ( 1.1 to 3.7 mm). Out of the six pipets, four of the probes are straight, one is bent at 45 degree angle and one is bent at 90 degree angle.

The pipets are provided with PVC sheathed fiber optic light guide and is ideal for industrial usage because of its continuous steel monocoil which provides internal strain relief.

The engineering drawings of all the six pipets are given alongwith their dimensional details in the diagram shown above.

"Vaiseshika" Positionable Goose- Neck Illumination System

Description

This is an extremely versatile system for illumination of samples. This system is compact, quiet and portable. It provides illumination intensity of 40,000 foot candles focused with LH759 lens at a working distance of 7.6 cm. This system is suitable for higher magnification (120x plus). A set of self supporting bifurcated light guide with 7mm bundle diameter is suitable for use with Stereo Microscopes. Opposed angle illumination always provide an illumination field and reduce shadow obstruction. The system employs fibre optics technology of world standard. Photographic exposure time will be short and excellent. Colour fidelity can be easily achieved with 3,200 degree K colour (slide) film or instant film without the influence of ambient light. System is ideal for light and electron microscopy, examination of cultures and tissue trim preparation for light and micro surgery etc.

"Vaiseshika" FLUORESCENT LIGHTING

Description

Vaiseshika 360 FL (Circular Fluorescent Vision Illuminator) is a laboratory and industrial grade fluorescent lighting system powered by a hihg frequency driver. The model 360 FL provides bright, flicker free illumination for a variety of application needs including assembly, inspection, imaging, microscopy and machine vision. The circular fluorescent lamp provides 360 Deg. of uniform, shadow-free illumination on the specimen. This cool illumination minimizes eye fatigue in applications that require intricate differentation of colors and details for proloned periods of time.

the model 360 FL incorporates a lightweight polycarbonate housing which stays cool to the touch and does not radiate heat to the illuminated area.
