"Vaiseshika" High Stability Decade Megohm Box

Description
High Stability Decade Megohm Box has been designed and fabricated for the first time in India to provide calibration standards for Meggers, Insulation Testers, Insulation Bridges, Megohm Meters, Digital Meters and components comparison. The resistance range is offered from 0.1 Megohm to 1000 Gigaohm (1 Tera) distributed over Seven Decades.

Vaiseshika has two models of this instrument i.e. 8400 & 8400 HV.

Model 8400 is economy model having resistance range 0.1 megaohm to 1000.0 Gigaohm with working voltage upto 1000 Volts DC.

Model 8400 Hv is designed for high voltage working up to 1000 Gigaohm (1 Tera) with working voltage from 1000 Volts to 5000 volts DC.

High stability Decade Megohm Box is Available in two Models:
  1. Type 8400 Economy Model: Voltage range 500 Volts to 1000 Volts DC.
  2. Type 8400-HV (High Voltage): Voltage Range 1000 Volts to 5000 Volts DC.
